    Sliced eggplant

  • 200 grams Breadcrumbs

    seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 300 milliliters Marinara

    rich marinara sauce

  • 150 grams Mozzarella

    shredded mozzarella

  • 50 grams Parmesan

    grated parmesan.

Preparation step by step

Slice eggplant and coat in seasoned breadcrumbs

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes

Layer baked eggplant slices with marinara sauce and shredded cheese in a baking dish
